How this board is ranked
Each row is a job, not a creature and not a class. S means the action stops the documented failure, which is one dark entrance or a Skinwalker copy at the door. A means restoring that defense after a power cut or staying unheard. B means recovery after a breach or a downed teammate. C and D are spends and objects that recorded nights do not show winning the night by themselves. The letters are an editing choice from those mechanics. They are not a developer ranking.
S tier
Player decision Do this as soon as you can see it at an opening or the screen says Opening active. A flashlight beam is not documented as a substitute for the floodlight.
Player decision If a night names the Skinwalker, treat an unexpected request to open the door as the failure the You Let Him In badge records. Do not import identification rules from other Roblox games that also use the word skinwalker.
A tier
Player decision Learn the outdoor walk while the lights are on. If the prompt will not start, leave and try again after it moves. Re-close whatever opened while you were outside.
Player decision Keep callouts short. Do not treat silence as the only defense: documented entries still come from an open or unlit entrance.
B tier
Player decision Scout one enclosed spot during the quiet minutes on the house. On the lodge, do not import a closet you have not seen. The pantry has both sheltered a group and failed.
Player decision Give the first world totem to someone who will stay alive. The 49 Robux Totem Every Run pass spawns you with one. It does not replace sealing entrances.
C tier
Player decision Read the pass in your own client before spending. A wider flashlight is still not the floodlight scare-off, and the description says the creature can see a beam in recorded tutorial lines.
D tier
Player decision Ignore it when an entrance or the breaker needs you.
